Integrative Counseling
My Therapy & Approach
Integrative Counseling is a combined holistic approach to psychotherapy that allows different elements of therapies to work together for the best result according to each counselee’s needs and goals. It takes the view that there is no one theory alone holds the answer, no one approach can treat an individual in all situations, no one size fits for all. Rather, each person is considered as a whole and unique, which implies therapy is tailored to meet each personal needs and concerns according to different circumstances.

Family Therapy
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals crossing all ages who are from different cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds. It is my goal to create a healthy alliance with you, to provide a safe and confidential environment in which you may place your trust and confidence to discover the life you would aspire to live, learn your own strengths, and identify habits and behaviors that conflict with the life you want.
Couples Therapy
Couples counseling is a type of psychotherapy focused on helping a couple understand each other’s needs better, work through challenges together, bring in conflicts resolutions, help a couple to improve their communication skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. It’s about helping couples get unstuck from painful dynamics that keep getting repeated. Some therapeutic techniques and interventions to support the couple’s goals will be implemented depending on the situation.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict. Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or adopted children, other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, blended family, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family. It can help you and your family members understand one another better and learn coping skills to bring you closer together.

Trusted Guidance
Spiritual
Having or finding a sense of meaning and purpose. To fully heal and be your best, it is essential to recognize that you are made up of more than just a physical body, you are also a spiritual being.
Biological
In order for your biology to operate at peak efficiency, all the components need to work right; otherwise you may be more likely to suffer from various symptoms.
Social
Your current life situation and social support. When we have good relationships with others, a job or school work we really care about, our brains tend to be much healthier than when any of these areas are troubled.
Psychological
It’s about the processes in your mind and the experiences you have that influence the way you see and think about life and the world.
Assessment
Assessment will be viewed as a process essential to all elements of counseling. The practice of assessment entails the collection of information in order to identify, analyze, evaluate, and address the problems, issues, and circumstances of clients in the counseling relationship.
Process
Therapy is a form of treatment that aims to help resolve mental or emotional issues. The counselor supports clients with physical, emotional, and mental health issues, helping them resolve crises, reduce feelings of distress, and improve their sense of wellbeing.
Grow
Change is a necessary part of life. When you become aware of a need to change, be flexible enough to change, but be gradual about it. Personal growth is a process that takes place over the course of your life. As you grow and evolve, you learn to adjust to changes in yourself.
